    \r\n Job Description<\/span>\r\n We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer with a background in civil engineering and interior fit-out execution, specifically for retail showroom projects. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle site activities, manage labour, monitor material usage, and ensure timely and quality project execution.<\/strong>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>

    • Oversee day-to-day site execution for\u00a0retail interior fit-out works.<\/p><\/li>

    • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure timely progress.<\/p><\/li>

    • Monitor\u00a0labour workforce\u00a0and supervise their work to maintain quality and productivity.<\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain\u00a0daily work reports, site progress reports, and photographic documentation.<\/p><\/li>

    • Manage\u00a0material stock on site, track consumption, and raise requisitions as needed.<\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure adherence to\u00a0technical drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.<\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain site\u00a0discipline, safety protocols, and cleanliness.<\/p><\/li>

    • Coordinate with the project manager and clients for updates and issue resolutions.<\/p><\/li>

    • Communicate effectively with workers and local vendors.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Candidate Requirements:<\/h3>

      • B.E.\/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.<\/p><\/li>

      • 3 to 5 years\u00a0of experience in\u00a0interior fit-out\/site execution, preferably in\u00a0retail showroom projects.<\/p><\/li>

      • Strong understanding of\u00a0interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.<\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of\u00a0technical drawings, civil & interior works sequencing.<\/p><\/li>

      • Experience in\u00a0labour management\u00a0and material planning.<\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in\u00a0MS Office, AutoCAD\u00a0, and report preparation.<\/p><\/li>

      • Good communication skills and\u00a0local language fluency<\/p><\/li>
