Oversee day-to-day site execution for retail interior fit-out works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure timely progress.
Monitor labour workforce and supervise their work to maintain quality and productivity.
Maintain daily work reports, site progress reports, and photographic documentation.
Manage material stock on site, track consumption, and raise requisitions as needed.
Ensure adherence to technical drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.
Maintain site discipline, safety protocols, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the project manager and clients for updates and issue resolutions.
Communicate effectively with workers and local vendors.
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution, preferably in retail showroom projects.
Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.
Knowledge of technical drawings, civil & interior works sequencing.
Experience in labour management and material planning.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD , and report preparation.
Good communication skills and local language fluency
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at site.
